Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation Process
Reservations must be made through authorized communication channels including the Clinic’s official website, telephone, or approved online platforms.
2. Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during reservation is accurate and complete.
3. Appointment Attendance
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation at the Clinic’s discretion.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or loss of reservation privileges.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed method. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the appointment.
6. Right to Refuse Service
The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, non-compliance with Clinic policies, or other valid considerations.
7. Liability
The Clinic is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond its control.
